Dated the 11th day of May, 2012 ORDER Counsel for respondent No.1 produced three cheques in favour of applicant-complainant for payment, first cheque for Rs.1300/- bearing No.592181 dated 17.4.2012, second cheque for Rs.1909/- bearing No.592716 dated 8.5.2012 and third cheque for Rs.11764/- bearing No.592717 dated 8.5.2012, all drawn on HDFC Bank. Counsel for applicant-complainant received the three cheques, as indicated above and also received the cheque of Rs.52,978/-, the detail of which has been given in the zimni order dated 11.4.2012. Photocopy of cheques in question in token of receipt retained on record. Counsel for applicant-complainant has withdrawn the criminal complaint (execution application) as partly satisfied, vide separate statement recorded on the criminal complaint (execution application) itself. In view of this, the criminal complaint (execution application) is dismissed as partly satisfied. Certified copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. Be tagged with the main file.
