Present:      Shri Naveen Kumar, complainant No.1, with Shri Jubar Ali,   Advocate for both the complainants.

                   Shri Vikas Aggarwal, Advocate for respondent No.1.

                   Shri Vikas Sharma, Advocate for respondent No.2.

 

                  The complainant No.1 alongwith Shri Jubar Ali, Advocate for both the complainants suffered statement, stating that the matter has been compromised between the parties, and respondent No.2 has satisfied the complainant by making payment of Rs.2,32,116/- through Account Payee cheque bearing No.003025 dated 26.12.2020.  Photocopy of the cheque is retained on the record.             

              Keeping in view the statement of complainant No.1 and counsel for both the complainants, the present complaint becomes infructuous and is dismissed as such with no order as to costs. File be consigned to records.
