            Sh.Raj Kumar Bansal, Power of Attorney Holder of Complainants, has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“Due to technical defect (jurisdiction), I do not press this complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainants reserve their right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate authority/Court.”

 

 

          In view of the above said statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainants would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate authority/court, as per law. 

          Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainants free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
