Stated that opposite parties execute sale deeds through authorised official deputed by Regional Office, New Delhi. Presently there are two authorised official one each at Chandigarh and Amritsar. Office of Area Manager is not competent to execute the sale deed. As per instructions LIC Housing Finance Ltd. will execute sale deed in favour of complainant regarding property in question by 20.12.2011 preferably between 5.12.2011 to 8.12.2011 on the date to be agreed with the mutual consent of the parties on the expenditure to be borne by the complainant.

Stated that I have heard the statement of opposite parties above. The same is acceptable to me as full and final settlement of my claim in the present complaint. I have received original sale deeds No.9175 dt.18.11.05, sale deed No. 3572 dt.1.8.1994, sale deed No.3573 dt.1.8.1994 alongwith approved site plan from M.C.Bathinda from opposite parties today in Court. I will get the sale deed executed in my favour on my expenses from opposite parties as per above statement and will cooperate for getting the date fixed for the same and therefore I do not want to proceed with this complaint and my complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.
