                   Court notice issued to complainant not received back either served or unserved. From the perusal of the case file, it is reveals that complainant was not present on dated 16.3.2021 and case was fixed for presence of complainant, but till today she was not come present. Case called several times since morning. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.10 P.M. No more wait is justified. As such, present complaint stands dismissed in default.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
