ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter.  The counsel for Ops No. 1 to 4 has offered replacement of the AC in question.  The offer of the counsel for the Ops No. 1 to 4 has been accepted by the counsel for the complainant and has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same.

                   In view of the above, the  Ops No. 1 to 4 are directed to replace the AC in question  within 15 days  from the date of receipt copy of this order with a new one of same model or  with higher model in case of non-availability of  same model with fresh warranty.  The complainant shall return the old AC in question to the Ops No. 1 to 4 on  replacement thereof. In case the Ops No. 1 to 4 are failed to replace the AC in question within the aforesaid period then they shall be liable to pay costs of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant and the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the appropriate Forum.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
