Present:          Sh.Arun Vashisth Advocate for the complainant.

                        Sh.Kunal Juneja, Advocate for opposite party No.1.

                        Opposite party No.2 & 3 exparte.

                        Ld. Counsel for the opposite party No.1 made a statement that in the present case, we are ready to give new washing machine of same price and same model to the complainant. The complainant had to return the old washing machine to the service centre of the company.

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and litigation charges be also got provided to the complainant.

                        In view of the statements made above, we hereby dispose of the present complaint with direction to the complainant to deposit the washing machine in question to the service centre of the opposite party and thereafter opposite party no.1 is directed to deliver and install the new washing machine of same price and same model at the premises of the complainant without charging any amount from the complainant within one month from the date of deposit of old machine at the service centre of the opposite party. Opposite party no.1 is further directed to pay Rs.2000/-(Rupees two thousand only) as litigation expenses to the complainant.

                        Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.

                         File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
