Complainant is absent no step has been taken for securing the appearance of O.P no-1.

 

Record was put up.

From perusal of the case record it appearsthat this case was filed on 31.08.2018 and till today the complainant has failed to take any appropriate step to serve notice upon O.P no-1. It is evident from order dated-16.02.2019 that the notice couldn’t be served only upon O.P no-1 & hence, the complainant was directed to take appropriate step.

It further appears that for the last four dates no step is been taken to serve notice upon O.P no-1.

It also appears that for the last nine months complainant is not taking any proper step. Today the complainant is absent and has not taken any step.

                                                Accordingly the case is dismissed for default.
