From perusal of the  record it appears  that the complainant is absent since last several  dates. i.e. since, after 18.01.2022 itself. It appears that after filing of this complaint  she has only casually appeared on 07.01.2021, 18.02.2021, 28.07.2021, 27.12.2021, 16.03.2022, 11.08.2022, 15.10.2022 lastly on 12.11.2022 and thereafter the complainant has completely abandoned this case. It appears that  complainant  has  lost interest in  persuing this complainant. Hence,  this  complaint’s is dismissed for non-prosecution.
