Final Order / Judgement

                   Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that compromise has been effected with op/ company no.3 and as per compromise op no.3 is ready to pay 80% i.e. Rs.32,000/- on account of full and final settlement of the refrigerator within two months after receipt of refrigerator alongwith accessories/ components therein which shall be handed over to op no.2 service center alongwith original bill and cancelled cheque and copy of adhar card. He has further stated that complainant will deposit the refrigerator alongwith original bill with op no.2 within 10 days and complaint may be disposed of binding the ops to pay compensation and interest in case of default in payment to be made by them. Learned counsel for op no.3 has also suffered a statement that company is ready to pay as per settlement with the complainant and complainant be directed to supply the copy of receipt of refrigerator issued by the company service center alongwith cancelled cheque and copy of adhar card to company through him so as to enable company to process payment. In view of the statements of learned counsel for complainant as well as learned counsel for op no.3, op no.3 is directed to pay Rs.32,000/- to the complainant i.e. 80% of the price of the refrigerator in question on account of full and final settlement within two months after receipt of refrigerator alongwith accessories and complainant is directed to deposit the refrigerator alongwith accessories, original bill, cancelled cheque and copy of aadhar card with op no.2 within ten days against proper receipt. The complainant as well as op no.3 shall be bound down by above statements of their counsel. In case the op no.3 fails to pay the above said amount of Rs.32,000/- to the complainant within above said period despite receiving above said items, then op no.3 shall be liable to pay the above said amount of Rs.32,000/- alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment.  The present complaint stands disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
