Despite service no one has put in appearance on behalf of the Respondent/Complainant.

        In view of the statement made on behalf of the Petitioner, namely, Life Insurance Corporation of India to the effect that the Petitioner is ready and willing to pay a sum of ₹35,000/- along with interest              @ 12% p.a. from 24.09.2002 together with costs quantified at ₹3,000/-

in terms of the order passed by the District Forum, but as ex gratia,           no further orders are called for in the present Revision Petition.  The same is disposed of accordingly keeping open the question of law sought to be raised in the present Revision Petition.

        The Revision Petition stands disposed of in the above terms, with no further order as costs.
