Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that as per his instructions, the dispute, subject matter of the present Appeal, has since been amicably settled between the parties.  He seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal.

               Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.

               Since the Appellants have settled the matter at threshold, we direct that the statutory amount deposited by the Appellants at the time of filing the Appeal shall be refunded to them.
