1.       Case called out repeatedly and intermittently. However, none appears on behalf of the petitioner, neither the learned counsel, nor proxy counsel nor anybody else on its behalf. There is no adjournment letter either.

2.       It appears to be a case of non-prosecution. The instant petition hence stands dismissed in non-prosecution.

3.      However, in the interest of justice, it may be observed that if the petitioner wants to pursue its case in right earnest with due diligence, they may move an appropriate application seeking the recall of the Order and restoration of the petition in accordance with law.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the petition and to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as State Commission and the District Commission. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
