              Cost of Rs.2,000/- has been paid to the Counsel  for the appellants in Court today.

2.         At the time of hearing, the matter has amicably been settled.

3.         It is agreed between the parties that for a period of 1 Year and 6 Months i.e. the period during which, construction was not started, the appellants/Opposite Parties shall make payment of interest @12% per annum on the amount stood deposited by the respondents/complainants up to that date i.e. Rs.9,71,665/-. The amount, so calculated, shall be paid to the respondents/complainants within one month from today.

4.         In view of the above settlement, the appeal  and the order under challenge have become infructuous. The appeal is disposed of accordingly. 

5.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.

6.         File be consigned to record room, after completion.
