When the present Revision Petitions cases came up for motion hearing on 22.03.2018, along with other connected Revision Petitions, we had directed Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner Company to file a complete statement of the balance amounts, which the Petitioner Company would be liable to pay to each of the Complainants, who happen to be agriculturists.  In deference to the said order, statement of account of each of the Complainants has been filed, which shows that the difference of liability accounting for the statutory amounts already deposited by the Petitioner at the time of filing the Appeals before the concerned State Commission, ranges between ₹59,161/- and ₹3,200/-.

Having regard to: (i) the quantum of the amount involved in these Revision Petitions, which would be less than ₹25,000/-; (ii) the issuance of notice to the Complainants would involve payment of travel and allied expenses to defend these cases, which may be more than the balance liability of the Petitioner; and (iii) all the Revision Petitions are barred by limitation, inasmuch as, according to the Office, there is a delay of 88 days in filing the same, for which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished, we do not find these cases to be fit for interference in exercise of our Limited Revisionary Jurisdiction.    

Consequently, all the Revision Petitions stand dismissed in limine.
