Heard.  Perused the impugned order and grounds of appeal.  Accordingly, allowed the appeal and directed Commission below to restore E.A.No.7/2018 and execute the decree in accordance with law.  It is submitted that the matter is still pending before the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District.  Hence, Commission below is directed to issue reminder to Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District to expedite the execution and proceed with the E.A.No.7/2018 in accordance with law.
