ORDER

          This order shall dispose of Revision Petition No.2163/2006 filed by Kuwait Airways Corporation against Krishna Mediratta and Revision Petition No.2602/2006 filed by Krishna Mediratta against Kuwait Airways Corporation.

          Notice sent to Krishna Mediratta has been received with postal remarks “addressee has died”.  This case was adjourned on 20.7.2010 to enable the counsel for Kuwait Airways Corporation to move an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased.  Counsel for the petitioner has not moved any application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased and states that she is unable to ascertain the addresses of the legal representatives of Krishna Mediratta.

          In view of the above, Revision Petitions are dismissed as having abated.
