Karan Singh Versus Kotak Mahindra Bank & Ors

 

Present:- Sh.Amit Sodhi, Advocate Counsel for the DH.

Sh. Vikas Sood, Advocate Counsel for the JD No.1 & 2.

Statement of Sh.Karan Singh, DH along with his Counsel recorded that he has received "No Dues Certificate" from the JD. He has compromised the matter with the JD. He has received Rs.6,000/- in cash from the JD. He shall prepare the Registration Certificate and shall complete all the formalities himself He has also received Rs.4,000/- as litigation expenses. So, he withdraw the present execution fully satisfied.

Accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the DH along with his Counsel, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
