The opposite party No. 1 through Amrik Singh Collection Supervisor made a statement that the complainant has availed loan from the company vide loan Account No. CF14472112 and said loan has been repaid in 60 monthly installments of Rs. 5,690/- each and the complainant has paid 34 EMIs up to April 2020 and 4 EMIs from June 2020 to September 2020 of Rs. 5754/- each has been paid and EMI for the month of October 2020 of Rs. 5,754/- is still pending. The future/ remaining EMIs as per revised schedule starting from November 2020 of 21 EMIs of Rs. 5,451/- each and the company has paid Rs. 1,000/- to the complainant today in cash regarding the excessive amount. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

The complainant also made statement that he had availed loan from the opposite party No. 1 vide loan account No. CF14472112 and said loan has been repaid by him in 60 monthly installments of Rs. 5,690/- each and he had paid 34 EMIs up to April 2020 and 4 EMIs from June 2020 to September 2020 of Rs. 5754/- each has been paid and EMI for the month of October 2020 of Rs. 5,754/- is still pending and same will be paid by him before 31st October 2020. He further-

stated that he will agree if the future/remaining EMIs as per revised schedule starting from November 2020 of 21 EMIs of Rs. 5,451/- each and he will be bound to repay the future installment as per revised schedule and he has received the amount of Rs. 1,000/- in cash from opposite party No. 1 and in view of the same he withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file. 

In view of the statements of both the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Both the parties are bound by their statements made today in this Commission. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
