On 28.01.2021 order was passed as under:

 

 “Appellant has not appeared before this Commission since 09.05.2019.  None appeared on 26.07.2019, 5.9.2019, 11.12.2019 and 16.12.2019.  One final opportunity is afforded to the complainant to address his arguments or else the matter would be dismissed in default.”

 

   Despite this order, no one has not arrived.  In these circumstances,  the present case is dismissed for default.
