                                        File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant to allow the complainant to withdraw the present complaint on the basis of compromise. Sh.R.P.Singh, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties suffered statement that opposite party is ready to make payment of Rs.132000/- in full and final settlement of the claim in the present case and stated that one month may kindly be granted from the date of receipt of certified copy of order. Sh.Naresh Bawa, complainant appeared alongwith Sh.Varun Sharma Adv. and suffered statement that he accept the statement suffered by the counsel for the opposite party and withdraw the present complaint. In view of the above statements, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties will remain bound by their statements suffered today in this Commission. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
