ORDER

Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP. 

                   With the efforts of  Lok Adalat this case has been settled.  The counsel for the OP on the last date has filed a statement wherein the due amount has been shown as zero.  In view of the said statement the counsel for the complainant has stated that now the account of the complainant has been settled and he has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
