COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Shri Mohit Soni, Advocate, Counsel for the Complainant.

                    

                     Today, the case if fixed for consideration on admissibility of the present complaint. However, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant, with liberty to file it afresh.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance          .
