Both parties are absent today. After several repeated calls no body appear on behalf of the parties. On perusal of the record it appears that this case has been filed on 17/02/2016 and issue notice on 15/03/2016 against  the O.P Kotak  Mahindara Bank Chaibasa for reifies  Rs. 7,99,574/- only but  O.P did not appears up till now and this case is going for taking proper step of the parties because complainant himself has left hi case from 25/04/2016 today, i.e  06/07/2017 more than one year. In this regard several directions has been given to the Complainant for taking steps  against O.P but complainant   did not complied the order of the forum which shows complainant has no interest  in his case. Hence this case is here by dismissed in default.
