ORDER

Admittedly, it is not in dispute that the Complainant is running its business and is a private limited company.  It is maintaining a current account with Opposite Parties.  The present Complaint is not maintainable as it relates to commercial transactions.

Accordingly, the Complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.

In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the Registry is directed to refund the amount of ₹5,000/- deposited by the Complainant at the time of filing the Complaint.
