            The Dhr. is present along with his Ld. Lawyer. Authorised representative of Jdr-1 is also present.

            The Dhr. files an application praying for disposal of the execution proceeding on the ground that the Jdr-1 has already paid Rs.17,000/- (Rupees seventeen thousand) only to him by A/c Payee Cheque and such cheque was encashed  on 30.07.2018.

            The Dhr. also returned Lenovo Mobile to the Jdr-1 in open Forum against receipt.

            Heard both sides, perused the prayer coupled with the photocopies of cheque of Rs.17,000/- including Bank Statement. On perusal of those documents, we find that the Jdr-1 has already paid the entire amount to the Dhr. and the Dhr.  has no further claim against the Jdr-1.

            In view  of the above aspect the execution case is liable to be disposed of on full satisfaction.

            Hence,

Ordered

That the execution case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction, but without any cost.
