ORDER

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has filed a Memorandum of Settlement between the parties under which the Petitioners have undertaken to pay an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- under the Policy No.00053538 and Rs.5,47,000/- under the Policy No.00079692 to the Complainants, equally, by instruments prepared in the names of Mrs. Malla Vani,  Mrs. Malla Harika and Mrs. Konatala Bhavani, towards full and final satisfaction of the entire claim.

          The Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement which shall form part of the order.
