Final Order / Judgement

Heard the learned Counsel of the complainant  on the point  of admission. It appears that complainant has filed this case to get remuneration from OP  in lieu of his work done as a mansion.
                                                                       In the view of forum  the complaint doesn't comes under the preview of consumer as defined in Sec 2(d) of the consumer Act. hence the complaint is DISMISSED.
