           Appellant and respondent No.2 Shri Suresh Deshkar is duly represented by power of attorney Mr.Mayank Borundia and copy of power of attorney is filed on record.

           Appellant Nos.1 and 2 and respondents have arrived at amicable settlement and have taken the matter on board. Appellants and respondents have also filed joint pursis singed by appellant Nos.1 and 2 as well as respondent Nos.1, 2 and 2(a), accordingly the matter is taken on board. Joint pursis is duly signed by the appellant Nos.1 and 2 as well as respondents Nos.1, 2 and 2(a). Appellants have also sought permission to withdraw the present appeal in terms of joint pursis on record. As such contents of the pursis are duly verified by learned advocates of both parties. As such appellant is permitted to withdrawn the appeal in terms of joint pursis on record. Refund is allowed as per the terms of joint pursis.
