        Having regard to the fact that both the Forums below have returned a concurrent finding of fact that there was deficiency in service on the part of the Petitioner in not refunding the sum of ₹60,000/- charged from the Complainant, as booking amount for arranging the foreign trip, which ultimately did not materialize, and the paltry amount involved, we do not find it to be a fit case for exercise of

our limited Revisional Jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed, by keeping open the question of law, sought to be raised in this Revision Petition, for being decided in an appropriate case.
