Heard learned counsel for petitioner on misc. application seeking clarification of order passed by this Bench in revision petition No.544/2006. It seems that this Commission while staying proceeding pending before fora below on 15.02.2007, directed petitioner for depositing half of the award amount with District Forum and pursuant thereof, a sum of Rs.86,670/- was deposited by petitioner with District Forum on 15.03.2007. It is brought to my notice by learned counsel for petitioner that in pursuance of aforesaid order passed by this Commission, amount deposited in District Forum by petitioner, has since been withdrawn by respondent and that necessitates petitioner to approach this Commission for restoration of aforesaid amount to petitioner. District Forum may take appropriate steps for grant of relief sought by petitioner for restoration of amount released to respondent. Misc. application is disposed of.
