Parties have settled the matter. Settlement Deed Ex. CW-1/1 is filed on record. He submits that Settlement Deed bears signature of Sh. Sanjay Thakur who has signed the same in his presence. The signature of complainant as Ex. CW- 1/A is at Point 'B'.

It is accordingly ordered that OP would handover the possession of the flat No. 106, In Tower Delight within 05 months from 22.02.2023 as mentioned in Para 8 of the settlement deed Ex. CW-1/1 and complainant would hand over all document pertaining to Flat in Tower Joy i.e. Flat No. 101 and also in Tower Spark Flat No. 101, in terms of the facts mentioned in Para No. 04 of Settlement Deed Ex. CW-1/1 the stipulated period as mentioned in the settlement deed Ex. CW-1/1 and complainant would pay RS. 10 Lakh at the time of taking possession as mentioned in the Para 7 of Settlement Deed Ex. CW-1/1. Parties are bound by all the terms and conditions of Settlement Deed Ex. CW-1/1. Settlement is accordingly recorded in the Lok Adalat and Settlement Deed would form part of the Decree/Judgment which would be executable under the provision of Delhi Legal Service Authority Act.

No order as to cost.

File be consigned to record room.

Signature of both the parties are obtained in token of their acceptance of

settlement award.

Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties.
