          None is present for the appellant. Perusal of previous proceeding reflects that the appellant was directed to reissue notice to respondent on 6/1/2016. However as the appellant had not taken the hamdast of the said notice to be served to respondent from this Commission till the adjourned date i.e. on 21/03/2016, the matter was adjourned by way of last chance till 20/6/2016 for the aforesaid compliance. The appellant has neither complied the directions and nor is appearing in this matter since last three dates i.e. on 6/1/2016,21/03/2016 and 20/06/2016. As  none is present for the appellant today, this appeal deserves to be dismissed for want of prosecution. Appeal be recalled at the end of the board for appropriate orders.
