Directions given in the previous order has not been complied with subject to which the notice on the petition was ordered to be issued to the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner seeks two weeks time to comply with the directions. We do not find any justification in granting any more time. The revision petitions as such are dismissed for non-prosecution. However, we observe that the order passed by the Fora below will be deemed to have been rendered in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case and will not constitute a precedent to be quoted in future.
