Present:     Shri Harpal Singh, Advocate for DH.

                File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the DH for withdraw the present execution petition. Learned counsel for DH has also made a statement that the JD has compliance the order. Nothing remains due against the JD. Now, he does not want to pursue the present execution and withdraws the same. In view the same, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
