18.5.2018 Present: Counsel for complainant.

Learned Counsel for complainant made a statement that due to some technical defect he withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Court/Forum. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the same before the appropriate Court/ Forum, if she desires so. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs.
