No SR of notice is received. Neither the complainant nor his Advocate is present on repeated calls though today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant. Complainant fails to file show cause nor file any application praying for extension of time to file show cause. On scrutiny of the record, it appears to us that the complainant is absent in the Commission since 29.10.2021. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the instant case any more. Thus the consumer case is dismissed for non prosecution.
