           The Order dated 16.07.2018 is self-contained and self-speaking.  We find no reason evident to re-open and re-examine the case in review.  We also find no reason evident on facts or law to in any manner modify or amend the Order dated 16.07.2018.

           The review application, being misconceived and devoid of merit, is dismissed.  The Order dated 16.07.2018 stands as it stood.
