            Complainant absent continuously for the last 2 consecutive postings. Opposite party continuously present and willing to settle the matter. Once discussed in the adalath and arranged as settlement for Rs.11,000/-. Moreover, the Opposite party is at Kottayam. Even though they are ready to settle the matter, complainant refused to accept the money and settlement. Since they are not accepting the settlement or not appearing before this Forum, Forum is not in a position to proceed with this case. Hence complaint dismissed.
 
            Pronounced in open Court this the 3rd day of February 2010.
