None present for the Complainant even though it is 12.25 P.M. Notice was sent to the Complainant by Regd. A.D. letter on 4.11.2010. The record of Regd. A.D. maintained by the office shows that the A.Ds. were received on 10.11.2010 and 24.11.2010 since the Regd. letters had been sent to the Complainant on two addresses available on record. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the Complainant today. It may also be noted that no one had appeared for the Complainant on 28.10.2010 as also on 20.10.2009. In view of the above, the complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution with no order as to cost.
