File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.
2. On the last date of hearing, i.e. 27th March, 2023 Ms. Navneet Kaur, learned counsel for the opposite parties was placed on record the full & final settlement regarding the unit in question and stated at bar that the matter has been settled.
3. Today, Reader of the Court attached with this Bench also get the requisite instructions by calling to the decree Holder-complainant on his cell phone and Shri Dharam Dev Sindhu, father of Mr. Yoginder Sindhu,complainant has ascertained that he is satisfied with the development made by learned counsel for Judgment Debtor-opposite party.
4. In view of the above-mentioned development and as per the telephonic instruction received from Shri Dharam Dev Sindhu, father of Mr. Yoginder Sindhu, complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
6. Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
