          None present for the appellant on repeated call.

          Ld. Advocate, Mr. Shuvajit Bose appears by filing power on behalf of respondent no. 2. Ld. Advocate for the respondent no. 1 is also present.

          Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with judgment dt. 06.04.2023 passed by Ld. DCDRC, Howrah in CC/111/2020 allowing the case on contest against the OP nos. 2 & 4 and ex parte against the OP no. 1 appellant preferred this appeal.

          Perused the impugned judgment. We do not find any illegality in the impugned judgment.

          Accordingly, A/160/2023 is dismissed. Order of stay, if there is any, in connection with the appeal stands vacated.

          The impugned order is upheld.

          Let a copy of this order be sent to the Ld. Forum below.

          Joint Registrar of this Commission is directed to do the needful in this regard.
