This is a complaint filed U/s.17 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking certain prayers as mentioned in the complaint together with costs.

Since July,2017 though the matter underwent several adjournments there has been no representation for the Complainant even though the Respondent had been represented. Today when the matter is posted as a last chance for filing the evidence affidavit of Complainant, the same is the position. It is manifest that the Complainant is not interest to prosecute the matter.

          In the circumstances, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
