ORDER

Shri S.R. Soni, counsel for appellant.

None for respondent No.1.

Shri Raju Wadhwani, proprietor of respondent No.2 is present in person.

In continuation to the offer given by Shri Wadhwani to learned counsel for appellant to replace the disputed mobile with a new one and to pay Rs.1,000/- to him, Shri Wadhwani before us today delivered a new  carbon mobile to Shri Soni.  He also paid Rs.1,000/- to him.  Shri Soni accepted the same in full satisfaction of his claim. Shri Soni submits that now no grievance remains to be redressed and the matter be disposed of by way of settlement as aforesaid.

In view of submissions made by both the parties, we find no dispute left between them, accordingly the appeal is disposed of as per the aforesaid settlement.
