Counsel for appellant is present and files a memo stating that respondent have alloted the site to the appellant. He also submits that PA Holder Mr. Ramdas of appellant is no more and appellant herself is representing her case has signed this memo. In view of settlement of the dispute between the parties, we proceed to dispose off the appeal as settled out of the Commission.
