Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant states since that the dispute, subject matter of the Appeals, has been amicably settled between the parties and, as a matter of fact, the possession of the flats in question has been delivered to the Respondents/Complainants, he has instructions not to press the present Appeals.

Accordingly, the Appeals are dismissed as not pressed.
