Sh. Anuj Mohan Advocate has filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite parties. Statement of Sh. Kuldeep Singh working as Store Manager of opposite parties No. 1 & 2 recorded to the effect that he has compromised the matter with the complainant on behalf of opposite parties and as per settlement opposite parties will pay Rs. 4,000/- in toto to the complainant as compensation within 7 days from today and he has got the bank details of the complainant. On the other hand, Statement of Sh. Pardeep Singh Kaushal Complainant recorded to the effect that he has heard the above said statement of opposite parties and agree with the same and complaint may kindly be decided accordingly. In view of the statements of the parties the present complaint is disposed of. The opposite parties are directed to pay Rs. 4,000/- as compensation within seven days from today through bank account of the complainant. Parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
