This complaint has been preferred by the complainant under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act -1986 against the opposite party for seeking direction to furnish clear statement of accounts of the complainant, No.17515/67 (New No.222059699) and to re-credit the amount wrongly debited from the complainant’s account and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards mental agony, hardship, strain, inconvenience, monetary loss caused to the complainant due to the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party and to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- cost of litigation to the complainant.
