ORDER

This application has been filed by the petitioner to treat the amount of Rs. 2,05,000/- deposited before the District Forum on 12.04.2012, as compliance of our order dated 05.10.2012.  Counsel submits that the said amount stands deposited and has not been withdrawn.

          In view thereof, our order dated 05.10.2012 with regard to the deposit of 50% amount, be treated as complied with.

          List on the date already fixed for hearing i.e. on 25.03.2013.
