1.       Learned counsel for the appellants submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled with the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent confirms, on instructions. 

No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at.    

2.       Learned counsel for the appellants further submits, on instructions, that the appellants do not wish to pursue their instant first appeal any more. 

3.       In the wake of above submissions the instant first appeal no. 1385 of 2016 is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. 

4.    The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the first appeal as well as to the State Commission within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
